On the afternoon of February 21, 2025, the second online seminar with the topic "Office Management and Technology Applications" was successfully held, attracting 250 registrations, with the highest number of attendees reaching nearly 200 people.
During the seminar, speakers and participants discussed methods and technologies that help optimize management activities in law firms. All opinions agreed that Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a profound impact on the legal industry, and technology is the key to bridging the gap between large and small law firms.

- Other software used includes case management software (16%), document management software (13%), client relationship management software (11%), and legal research software (10%).

- A few firms use payment processing software (8%), electronic data search software (6%), document automation software (5%), and client portals (5%).
2. Survey on the Use of AI Tools in Work:

3. Survey on Cybersecurity Measures for Protecting Client Information and Legal Documents:

- 50% of participants reported that their firms use measures to secure information.
