After 24 years of practising as a leading shipping and dispute resolution lawyer in Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung - Founding Member created ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC in an attempt to promote ad hoc arbitration and ad hoc mediation in Vietnam, at which point he committed his availability full-time as an independent arbitrator and mediator. ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC thus became Vietnam’s first independent firm of professional arbitrators and mediators. In order to maintain the highest level of independence and neutrality, our members undertake not to represent any party in any dispute before any court or tribunal.
As part of his vision, Mr. Nguyen hopes that ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC would encourage and build up more senior legal professionals in Vietnam to join its ranks as arbitrators and mediators, contributing to the development of Vietnam legal profession on international dispute resolution.
ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC is open to all international and local members on cost sharing basis of Barristers Chambers of the United Kingdom.
