ADR Vietnam Chambers is pleased to present the ADR Vietnam Newsletter – Q2 2026. This newsletter provides an overview of the key developments of ADR Vietnam Chambers, together with other notable events in the arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) community in Vietnam and around the world from April to June 2026.
This quarter witnessed several significant milestones, including the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung as President of the Vietnam International Financial Center Arbitration Centre (VIFCA), his appointment to legislative drafting committees supporting legal reform, his continued contributions to arbitration education and capacity building, as well as his recognition in leading international legal rankings.
The ADR Vietnam Newsletter – Q2 2026 features the following highlights:
VIFCA (Vietnam International Financial Center Arbitration Centre) was officially established, with Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung serving as its inaugural President.
Active participation in legal reform through appointments to key legislative drafting committees.
Advancement of academic research through the publication of four in-depth studies on arbitration and the legal profession.
Expansion of international cooperation, particularly with the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) and other international dispute resolution institutions.
