Arbitration - Mediation Symposium 2024
On April 11th, 2024, Arbitrator Nguyen Manh Dzung participated in the Arbitration - Mediation Symposium 2024 with the main theme ‘Completing the Third Parties’s Mechanisms for facilitating the Arbitration Proceedings,' organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the University of Law Ho Chi Minh City (ULAW). At the forum, Arbitrator Nguyen Manh Dzung presented on the issue “Evidence submission and verifying the facts in the presence of a third party who is a non-signatory to an arbitration clause”
