ICC Rules of Arbitration – Launch in Vietnam
On the expiry of his term as an ICC Court Member on 24th June 2021, Mr Nguyen Manh Dzung, Head of ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC, will join a Vietnamese arbitration practitioners’ panel to speak at the ICC Rules of Arbitration – Launch in Vietnam. This national launch will introduce the establishment of the ICC National Committee in Vietnam and discuss the main changes to the Rules and the impact of these changes in Vietnamese arbitration practices.
