ADR Vietnam Chambers is pleased to announce that Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung has been included in the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre's ("HKIAC's") List of Arbitrators, http://www.hkiac.org/cv-download/m45/7824/Nguyen+Manh+Dzung.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung, is the first Vietnamese member of ICC Arbitration Court and a member of ICC Task force on ADR and Arbitration. He is an arbitrator of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), Hainan International Arbitration Centre (HIAC) and Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC).
Arbitrator Nguyen Manh Dzung has taken on cases related to service contracts, international sale of goods, loan contracts, joint venture contracts, contracts for the carriage of goods by sea, maritime insurance contracts, etc.
