The final webinar on November 17, 2023, formally concluded the arbitration series "Discussions on Necessary Amendments in the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration and VIAC Arbitration Rules - Referencing Vietnam's Practices, International Experience, and the UNCITRAL Model Law/Rules."
Spanning from October 6 to November 17, 2023, the series comprised 7 topics, hosting 43 speakers, including arbitrators, lawyers, and lecturers in the field of arbitration from Vietnam and internationally. The discussions aimed to deliberate and exchange opinions on proposals within the Draft Amendments to the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration proposed by the Vietnam Lawyers Association (VLA). This series attracted nearly 2400 registrations from 205 law firms, 228 enterprises, 45 domestic and international law schools, domestic arbitration institutions, and government agencies.
