On 29 July 2022, ADR Vietnam Chamber held the second webinar of arbitration webinar series with the participation of many lawyers, students, lecturers, etc.
The final webinar of ADR Vietnam Chambers' webinar series, with the topic "Setting aside arbitral award: The practice in Vietnam", will be online at 14:00 - 15:30 GMT+7 on August 5, 2022. The webinar will focus on setting aside arbitral award and two new services, which are Clerk of the Chamber and Expert witness
The highlight of the webinar:
- Ms. Ha My Linh, Clerk of ADR Vietnam Chambers, will share her research on how the Vietnamese courts handle the application of setting aside an arbitral award and her experience as a clerk of Chamber.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang will share her Ph.D. Thesis, the court's supportive role in arbitration
