SEMINAR ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)- DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRANCE AND VIETNAM
On November 8, 2023, Arbitrator Nguyen Manh Dung delivered a presentation on "The Practice of Commercial Arbitration in Vietnam - A Comparative Perspective with International Commercial Arbitration" at the seminar "Alternative Dispute Resolution - Difference between France and Vietnam." This seminar was jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice of France, held directly in Hanoi.
