On 5 & 6 December 2022, two members of ADR Vietnam Chambers, Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung and Ms. Ha My Linh attended Temasek Foundation - SMU Workshop: Deep Dive on Mediation for Vietnamese Stakeholders, together with a lot of experienced mediator of Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) and Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC). The workshop concentrates on mapping the Vietnam mediation ecosystem, mediation advocacy, the singapore mediation convention and investor state mediation. The workshop is provided by distinguished speaker from Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA), Singapore Management University (SMU) and University of Sydney Law School.
