the Training Workshop on Legal Knowledge for Commercial Arbitrators and Mediators in 2023
On 20 December 2023, Arbitrator Nguyen Manh Dzung introduced the latest research report of the ICC Taskforce on Arbitration and ADR of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR on Facilitating Settlement in International Arbitration and some of the skills of mediators mentioned in the CEDR's Mediator Handbook, for arbitrators and mediators at the Legal Knowledge Training Workshop for arbitrators and mediators by organized by the Department of Justice - Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Arbitration Association (HCCAA).
