An arbitration agreement serves as the most important legal framework for the jurisdiction of the tribunal in arbitration proceedings. The third event of this series, conducted on the theme of ‘Arbitration Agreements’, will bring together experts, scholars, and practitioners in the arbitration field to compare the proposed amendments of the 2010 Arbitration Law with the UNCITRAL Model Law and Arbitration Rules. The discussion encompasses topics such as the form, invalidation, and the independence of arbitration agreements.
