Topic 4: Interim Measures and Emergency Arbitrators
The fourth talk show places its focus on interim measures and emergency arbitrators in comparing and juxtaposing the proposed amendments of against the UNCITRAL Model Law and Arbitration Rules. The event aims to deliver an in-depth analysis on the scope of interim measures, the right to request and procedures for application of such protection measures. The rights and responsibilities of emergency arbitrators and the procedure for their appointment will additionally be explored.
