Topic 6: Making of award and termination of proceedings
Continuing in the event series, the next talk show will take into account the issues regarding arbitral awards and the timing of the termination to the arbitration process. The guest speakers will be discussing the relevant provisions of the amendments to the 2010 Arbitration Law, and those of the UNCITRAL Model Law and Arbitration Rules, ultimately delving into the practical aspects of awards-making and arbitration termination. The analysis will be summarised with a discussion on the impacts of these changes on the central issues raised.
