The quality of an arbitration proceeding significantly depends on the competence of the arbitrators handling the dispute. Arbitrators need to be equipped with professional skills to ensure that the proceedings follow due process and procedures, while also securing the enforceability of the arbitral award. Therefore, the third webinar in the VAS Crossover 2024 series on international arbitration in Vietnam—Elevating International Arbitration in Vietnam: From Basic Principles to Professional Skills—will be held with the theme "Professional Skills of Arbitrators in Handling an Arbitration Case." This online webinar will focus on discussing the professional skills required of arbitrators in addressing specific issues in an arbitration case.
