Last week, on June 27, 2024, at Session 2 of Panel D - Envisioning the Next Chapter of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Vietnam when Moving Forward in the Era of Digital Economy: Legal Restraints, Adaptation & Human Resource, Arbitrator Nguyen Manh Dzung, together with representatives from the Judicial Academy and Vietnam Bar Federation, discussed one of the top principles of CIArb London Centenary Principles, Principle 3 - Legal Expertise. This Session attracted many law students, lectures and young practitioners.
