Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) - University of Economics and Law (UEL) Webinar and MOU Signing
On 07 September 2022, Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung joined Webinar " Dispute resolution by Commercial Mediation: The practice in Vietnam ", which is part of a signing ceremony of an MOU between Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) - University of Economics and Law (UEL). The webinar is to promote Arb-Med-Arb protocol, Singapore Mediation Convention and UNCITRAL Model Law on international mediation and to encourage law schools to teach on Mediation.
