With personal exprerience in editing and drafting the Commercial Arbitration Law in 2010, Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung has been invited as expert witness on the validity and enforceability of an arbitration agreement under the arbitration law of Vietnam before an international arbitration tribunal seated in Singapore in accordance with the ICC Arbitration Rules relating to an infrastructure dispute with foreign investors worth millions of dollars. The rendered legal opinion has been tightly cross examined by the Opponent's lawyers and highly regarded by leading common law arbitrators in the case. Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung is ready to present as expert witness to the arbitration tribunals on the legal issues of maritime law as well as arbitration law and related fields.
