Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung studied alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at the Queen Mary Law School, University of London by famous British law professor Loukas Mistelis and mediator Christopher Newmark, former chairman of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung is also the editor, drafting both Decree 22/2017/ND-CP dated 24th February 2017 of the Government on commercial mediation and the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Vietnam 2015 on the recognition of mediated settlement agreements. With more than 24 years of experience in negotiating and settling disputes outside of court and in court, Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung now directly participates in the administration of Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) and closely work together with international experts to build the legal framework and train human resources in both commercial mediation, court annexed mediation and investment mediation in Vietnam. He has been internationally and locally recognised as a leading mediation expert in Vietnam.
