Although Members of ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC are listed on different panels of various arbitration institutions such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB and VIAC but we wish to promote ad-hoc arbitration under relevant provisions of Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010 and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 2013 as well as specific arbitration agreements. Ad hoc arbitration means the form of dispute resolution in accordance with the provisions of this Law and the order and procedures as agreed by the parties. Parties are, therefore, strongly recommended to incorporate a standard ad hoc arbitration agreement in their contracts as follows:

ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC cannot act as the Appointing Authority under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules but may render our administrative supports to administer ad hoc arbitration in accordance with UNCITRAL Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings. In order to select a suitable arbitrator, parties are recommended to consult with Note to National Committees and Groups of the ICC on the Proposal of Arbitrators. Our Members are required to strictly comply with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Code of Professional and Ethical Conduct for Members.
