EXPERT WITNESS
Expert witness means a senior expert appointed by a Party OR the Arbitral Tribunal in order to report to it on specific issues determined by the Arbitral Tribunal in arbitration proceedings. Our Members are leading arbitrators who are familiar with the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration. They are in the position to provide professional opinions on both procedural and substantive law matters.
