Members of ADR Vietnam Chambers are not only leading ADR practitioners but also are internationally recognized academic scholars who are widely publishing and lecturing on international arbitration and mediation. They are authors of international publications such as text books, book chapters, research reports and articles. Our Members are regularly invited by UNCITRAL, ICCA, IBA, CIArb, etc. to speak on international commercial and investment arbitration and mediation at various academic forums. They are fully committed to the education of international law and training of professional skills for younger legal professionals in order to develop international alternative dispute resolution.
