The reality shows that the arbitration market in Vietnam is demanding highly qualified human resources with in-depth knowledge of international arbitration. However, the training of arbitration knowledge at the undergraduate and master's levels in Vietnam still faces many challenges.
As part of the VAS Crossover 2024 Webinar Series on Arbitration, organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), ADR Vietnam Chambers LLC, and the Vietnam Institute for International Arbitration Research and Training (VIART), the first webinar will focus on the topic "Teaching and Self-Studying the Basic Principles of International Arbitration." Experts will discuss the methods of arbitration training in Vietnam, referencing training programs at major universities worldwide, and will also exchange ideas on how lawyers and practitioners can self-study arbitration.
