Seminar on exchanging knowledge and skills of law practice in international trade in accordance with international treaties
Mediator Nguyen Manh Dung was invited by the Ministry of Justice to exchange professional knowledge and experience with lawyers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on the skills of lawyers in the field of commercial and investment mediation as well as the necessary changes to adapt to the current pilot program of mediation at Courts, the potential impacts on the legal services market in the Asia-Pacific of the Singapore Convention on Mediation of the United Nations International Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) as well as the free trade agreements that Vietnam ratifies.
